Agreement
By ordering hardware or subscribing to a RatingsRush plan you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
You agree to use RatingsRush in compliance with Google's review policies. Incentivizing, filtering, gating or fabricating reviews is prohibited and may result in termination.
Hardware
NFC products are sold with a 12-month warranty against chip failure under normal use. Physical damage, tampering and reprogramming by third parties are excluded.
Liability
RatingsRush is not responsible for changes made by Google to its review platform or ranking systems. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding twelve months.
