30-day hardware guarantee
If your NFC products don't work as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund of the hardware price.
Card orders
Cards are refundable for defects or programming errors. We do not offer card customization, so every order ships in our standard design.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew. We do not prorate partial months, but we will always review billing issues case by case.
How to request a refund
Email info@ratingsrush.com with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
