Connect an AI assistant to RatingsRush
Link ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant to your RatingsRush account so it can check your review performance, reports, orders and support tickets — and open support tickets for you. You'll sign in and approve access first.

- 1Open ChatGPT Apps settings and turn on Developer mode (read the risk notice shown there). If it isn't available, ask your ChatGPT admin to enable it.
- 2Click the “Create app” button next to the back button.
- 3Name the connector “RatingsRush” and paste the connection URL from above.
- 4Click “Create”, then sign in to RatingsRush and approve access.
- 5Enable the app from the chat composer and ask ChatGPT about your reviews.
Refresh after we ship updates
Assistants remember what RatingsRush could do when you connected. After we release updates, refresh the connection so your assistant picks them up.
- 1Open ChatGPT's app preferences and pick RatingsRush under “Enabled apps”.
- 2Next to “Information”, click “Refresh”.
- 3If the URL above changed, paste the latest one.
- 4Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use RatingsRush.
