We collect the account details you provide — name, business name, email, phone and billing information — plus usage data from your RatingsRush dashboard. Our NFC cards are read-only and collect no data from the customers who tap them.
How we use information
We use your information to provide and improve the service, program your NFC hardware, process payments, deliver reporting, and send service and marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.
Sharing
We share data only with processors required to run the service, such as payment processing, email delivery and analytics providers. We never sell personal information.

We use essential cookies plus analytics and advertising pixels to understand site performance. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@ratingsrush.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
